★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su área de fotos para graduación ofrecen un pésimo servicio, no hay una buena organización, te contestan cuando quieren. Únicamente les interesa el dinero y dejan de lado la buena atención. No lo recomiendo. Mejor busquen otras opciones, aun que sean un poco más costosa.
In their area of photos for graduation they offer a terrible service, there is not a good organization, they answer you when they want. They are only interested in money and neglect good care. I do not recommend it. Better look for other options, even if they are a little more expensive.

Pagué el total de un paquete de graduación y no pudieron hacerla fiesta por la Pandemia. Ahora no me quieren devolver el dinero, ni llegar a ningún tipo arreglo conveniente para ambas partes, simplemente se van a quedar con mi dinero y eso es un ROBO!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
I paid in full for a graduation package and they couldn't have a party because of the Pandemic. Now they don't want to return my money, nor do they want to reach any type of agreement that is convenient for both parties, they are simply going to keep my money and that is ROBBERY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a mi experiencia con esta casa banquetera es bastante nula, efectivamente cuenta con una poca organización y una atención poco eficiente, cuenta con paquetes adecuados en base a los platillos y lugares para eventos, sin embargo hay ocasiones que no cumplen con lo acordado al 100% que realmente son deficiencia en detalles poco relevantes para el evento; sus precios son elevados para lo que ofrecen, viéndolo desde un panorama muy general del servicio. Básicamente la experiencia depende mucho de la situación, fechas o entorno en que solicites sus servicios.
As for my experience with this banqueting house, it is quite null, indeed it has little organization and inefficient attention, it has adequate packages based on the dishes and places for events, however there are occasions that do not comply with what was agreed upon at the 100% that they really are deficiencies in details that are not very relevant to the event; their prices are high for what they offer, seeing it from a very general view of the service. Basically the experience depends a lot on the situation, dates or environment in which you request their services.
