Asignan un folio que envían por correo electrónico para imprimir y con ello presentarse el día y la hora asignada, con la documentación que fue indicada para el trámite a realizar y llegar de preferencia 15 minutos antes. Presentar también identificación oficial para el ingreso al edificio y usar cubrebocas. Antes de entrar hay personal que revisa previamente la documentación. Buena organización en general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, el horario supuestamente de atención es de 9:00am a 3:00pm, salen hasta las 9:50am y todos mal organizados, las personas que acudimos aquí, somos maestros que pedimos permiso en nuestros centros de trabajo para hacer algún trámite y no es justo que no tomen en cuenta el tiempo de los demás, las personas que trabajan aquí primero pasan a tomarse su café y después atienden, muy mal servicio ?
The service is terrible, the supposedly open hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., they leave until 9:50 a.m. and everyone is poorly organized, the people who come here are teachers who ask for permission in our work centers to do something procedure and it is not fair that they do not take into account the time of others, the people who work here first go to drink their coffee and then attend, very bad service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui al edificio y no me dejaron pasar. Pegaron un mega poster afuera con los tels para compatibilidad de empleo que nadie contesta. Pésimo servicio y cero empatía, presencial y por teléfono nadie atiende. También compartan con ellos los cursos de socioemocional. Gracias.

He estado llamando a los números y extensiones pero nunca atienden y si uno va de manera presencial taaaaampoco lo atienden si no lleva cita ?? Estábamos mejor cuando todo papeleo o documentación lo emitía las DIRECCIONES OPERATIVAS, por lo menos no se cotizaban no que estos, la mayoría son descorteses...

Edificio en buenas condiciones, siempre muy solicitado, tráfico de gente fuerte.
Para acceder hay que identificarse y portar gafete.
Trato adecuado de los servidores públicos, trámites un poco tardada por tantas filas.
