★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención de parte de cecati 8, acompañe a mi esposa que supuestamente tiene una buena impresión del plantel, estábamos hablando sobre un pago con la señorita Verónica Camacho ya que se extravío el baucher del depósito que se le hizo al plantel comprendo que esa es nuestra responsabilidad, sin en cambio, todo el mundo sabe que cualquier depósito aparece en el estado de cuenta, y ella dijo que no y que mi esposa perdería el curso y el depósito porque no pueden checar eso de ninguna forma, a lo cual yo le expuse que si no podían ver un simple estado de cuenta y ahí checar el depósito que se realizó esa fecha, hora y sucursal...
A esto la muy grosera se comenzó a reír de mí y me dijo que no, que no era tan simple y que no sabía y que aunque así fuera ella no tenía forma de comprobar el pago y que no haría nada para resolverlo y que si no paga otra vez pierde el dinero y el curso.
Le comenté que si se puede hacer el pago y que cuando salga el estado de cuenta saldría desglosado el pago sobrante.
A lo cual se volvió a reír de mí y me dijo que no que aunque así fuera ese dinero ya se perdió.
Que pena que estás personas sean así riéndose de los que hacemos funcionar esos planteles y con una pésima atención.
Que pena.
