★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa con la que he tenido que lidiar. Me regalaron un iPhone reacondicionado de ellos y no me ha dado más que problemas. Es la segunda vez que lo mando a garantía: la primera duró más de dos meses allá y ni siquiera me resolvieron el problema, tuve que enviarlo de nuevo esta semana. A final de cuentas vas a tener que comprar otro teléfono mientras esperas porque son lentísimos. Pésimo servicio al cliente, ni siquiera te avisan en qué parte del proceso van y si no les mandas correo tú, ellos no te contactan ni para avisarte que recibieron el teléfono. Les doy una estrella porque no puedo darles menos.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They gave me a reconditioned iPhone from them and it has given me nothing but problems. It is the second time that I send it under warranty: the first lasted more than two months there and they did not even solve the problem, I had to send it again this week. Ultimately you are going to have to buy another phone while you wait because they are so slow. Terrible customer service, they don't even tell you where they are going in the process and if you don't send them email, they won't even contact you to let you know they received the phone. I give them a star because I can't give them less.
