Nuestra historia
Nuestra empresa se fundó en Guadalajara, Jalisco en 2003 como un núcleo de especialidades de la odontología en un solo lugar, convirtiéndose en la primera clínica en el país en trabajar bajo este concepto. Somos una institución en crecimiento, actualmente tenemos presencia en diversos estados de México y pacientes de Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuanto a la administración te piden adelantado dinero, si avisas que vas a llegar tarde 20 o 30 minutos te cancelan la cita para otro día me paso dos veces y las veces que llegue temprano para que no me cancelaran la especialista si llego como 30 minutos tarde o más, exigen puntualidad y es algo que ellos no cumplen eso para mi esta mal, yo la verdad no tengo problema con esperar siempre hay inconvenientes y pueden llegar tarde pero si me molesta que tú como paciente si vas tarde te cancelan, cómo si ellos manejaran una puntualidad perfecta, y sobre el dinero por adelantado una ocasión a mi se me olvidó la cartera y no quisieron iniciarme el tratamiento cuando ya tenía adelantada una parte y les mencioné que por la tarde les hacía un depósito, no quisieron, y no tenían transferencias y me dieron un número de cuenta para depositar en un Oxxo de Banregio, cuando los Oxxos ni siquiera aceptan Banregio, o sea dure más de cuatro meses queriendo iniciar el tratamiento y no pude por diferentes circunstancias, entonces creo que ya perdí $1,100 que di por adelantado, el trato de los especialistas y odontólogos se ve que es bueno y de calidad y digo solo que se ve porque ni siquiera alcance a hacerme nada en varios meses por las circunstancias y por lo tanto su administración es pésima para los precios altos que manejan por lo menos en esta sucursal.
Terrible service in terms of administration they ask you in advance for money, if you warn that you are going to be late 20 or 30 minutes they cancel your appointment for another day I spend twice and the times I arrive early so that the specialist does not cancel me if I arrive as 30 minutes late or more, they demand punctuality and it is something that they do not meet that for me is wrong, I really have no problem with waiting there are always problems and they can be late but if it bothers me that you as a patient if you are late they cancel you, as if they handled perfect punctuality, and on the money in advance, one time I forgot my wallet and they did not want to start the treatment when I had already advanced a part and I mentioned that in the afternoon I made a deposit, they did not want to, and they had no transfers and they gave me an account number to deposit in an Oxxo de Banregio, when the Oxxos don't even accept Banregio, that is, it lasts more than four months wanting to start treatment and I could not because of different circumstances, so I think I already lost $ 1,100 that I gave in advance, the treatment of specialists and dentists is seen to be good and quality and I only say that it is because I did not even get to do anything in several months for the circumstances and therefore its administration is lousy for the high prices that they manage at least in this branch.
