★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be nice if ANY DHL outlet in this city would pick up the phone. They do not. You go online to talk to a representative on their "chat" window and it's another fail. Goofiest Courier Service I have had this year. They were ok in 2013. But this year is another story.
Go with UPS express. They will at least leave a note on your door telling you where your parcel is, if they miss you. Avoid DHL in Guadalajara.

Went on a Saturday around noon to pick up a package, 5 customer service reps taking care of 5 customers, over 20min and none of them was able to finish and take care of another customer. Went it was my turn, staff was rude. Terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!! roban en el estacionamiento. Baje por cinco minutos y me sacaron pertenecias de la cajuela / Be careful they steal in the parking, I got it for around five minutes and came back to see that they stole several belongings from my trunk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. My wife called ahead and asked what was needed for me to pick up a package. They did not tell her that I would need copies of my passport and resident card, yet that was a requirement. Not only that, but the girl at the counter couldn't tell me where I could make a copy. Mind you, I had both documents present with me! Nearly an hour later, I returned with the copies of whick she only took the passport copy. LAME service from a worldwide company!
