★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hay estacionamiento, sus medidas sanitarias están de adorno pues no sirve su despachador de gel, y su tapete sanitizante está seco, te ven acércate al despachador (electrónico) descompuesto, y solo ven como es que no te va a dar nada obviamente, pero en ellos no cabe decir que no sirve o poner un letrero que lo indique, la señorita Alejandra Olguín, trata de forma déspota al cliente y en momentos hasta lo ignora, pareciera que uno le está pidiendo un favor, o le está pidiendo que haga el servicio gratis, cuando no es así! Y aún si lo fuera, el trato al cliente siempre debe ser el mejor! Parece que no supieran que una empresa no vale por lo que hace ni por lo que vende, sino por su gente y su servicio!. Doy una estrella porqué no hay menos pero por mi, daría -5 estrellas! PÉSIMO! NEFASTO! DEPLORABLE! CON GANAS DE NO VOLVER NUNCA! Y además de todo casi un 60% más caro que su competencia!

And even if it is, customer service should always be the best! It seems that they did not know that a company is not worth for what it does or for what it sells, but for its people and its service! I give one star because there is no less but for me, I would give -5 stars! APPALLING! DISASTROUS! DEPLORABLE! WISHING TO NEVER COME BACK! Por lo demás es una gran opción, por qué en la zona es el dhl más cercano, y el de cuautitlán centro. Por lo que es adecuado para lo que se necesita, que es enviar y recibir paquetes.
