Esto debido a que, generalmente, sólo hay una persona atendiendo. Recomiendo utilizar esta sucursal como ÚLTIMA opción para cualquier envío/recibo. The service is extremely slow, so there is always a line of at least 6 people and it takes you at least 30 minutes to pass. This is because, generally, there is only one person attending. I recommend using this branch as the LAST option for any shipment / receipt.

La razón fue que solo había una persona en mostrados (de los dos mostradores que están) I went to drop off a package but it took approx. 15 min to leave it... And that I already had everything ready. La foto que anexo muestra como esta siempre. Por lo que veo en otros comentarios es la misma queja, parece que a DHL no le interesa hacer nada al respecto. They take a long time to serve per client, they always have lines outside of people waiting, I have taken up to 40 minutes to be able to put a package. The attached photo shows how it is always. From what I see in other comments it is the same complaint, it seems that DHL is not interested in doing anything about it.
