★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante tardada la atención. Y como la oficina es pequeña y con los protocolos COVID19 en una hora ya estaba la fila de 10 personas esperando afuera en altas temperaturas de calor. Tardaban mucho porque es la misma hora que llegaron sus propias unidades a entregar y recoger paquetes, así que dejaron a la gente en pausa mientras se atendían así mismos.
The attention took quite a long time. And since the office is small and with the COVID19 protocols in an hour there was already the line of 10 people waiting outside in high heat temperatures. It took them a long time because it is the same time that their own units arrived to deliver and collect packages, so they left people on pause while they looked after themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta el trato, hasta parece que te están haciendo un favor. Malas caras, respuestas cortantes y denotando indiferencia hacia el cliente. Solo estan por cubrir sus 8 hr de servicio y lo demás no interesa
I do not like the treatment, it even seems that they are doing you a favor. Bad faces, cutting responses and denoting indifference towards the client. They are only to cover their 8 hr of service and the rest does not matter
