★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésimo servicio, el día de hoy cuando fueron por la recolección no traían la guía en blanco y quería el mensajero que le dejara mis documentos y dinero sin ningún tipo se comprobante, la verdad es que no es la mejor practica porque no te aseguran nada, entonces le pedí alternativas y fue la única que me ofreció, entonces decidí hablar a su linea de asistencia y me dijeron que verían la forma de programar otra recolección el mismo día ya que yo necesitaba el servicio al día siguiente, total que me pidieron que marcará en 40 minutos para confirmar y lo hice, en esa siguiente llamada fue lo mismo y me pidieron nuevamente marcar en 15 minutos, lo hice y me dijeron que no se podía reprogramar para el mismo día Y que hubiera tomado la alternativa del mensajero aunque no me diera comprobante, y le dije que no porque si se pierde no hay documentación que compruebe que fue entregado mi paquete, entonces me dijo que me puede reprogramar para mañana para que llegue el lunes, algo que no haría porque necesito mi paquete wn Puebla mañana y sin darme alternativas me dijo que solo eso se podía hacer, entonces la verdad no me parece la mejor forna, ya que esos errores administrativos no son culpa mía si no de ustedes y necesitaba una solución, la señorita solo me daba esa o ir yo directamente a una tienda pero tenia que llegar antes de las 7pm, algo que tampoco tenia seguro por la distancia ao DHL más cercano a mi ubicación en ese momento y por eso había pedido recolección Le pedí una solución o mínimo un descuento por la pérdida de tiempo algo que tampoco quiso darme, al final ya molesto le pedí hablar con un supervisor y tampoco quiso hacerlo y decidió colgarme sin antes decirme "Si no hay algo en lo que le pueda ayudar, tendré que colgarle, hasta luego" es la primera vez que iba a usar su servicio y no me quedaron ganas de volver a usarlo, así que mi paquete fue enviado por Estafeta
