Excelente. Lo que averigüé me cuesta la mitad que en Fedex. Y además el local es mucho más limpio y bonito que en la competencia. Hasta las cajas tienen mejor diseño gráfico. Por último, la atención e información son muy amables.

I don’t ever like to call out customer service workers as I understand they’re usually just doing their best with the information they’re given. However the woman I met today was so stubborn and misinformed I really feel the need to leave a review. I’m using a very common luggage delivery service, Sendmybag, to send luggage home and DHL never came by my apartment to pick it up the day before. Sendmybag told me to take it to the office on reforma and leave it there. I even called ahead to confirm and they said of course I can leave it there. To start with I walked in and the only person working there is playing on her phone and doesn’t look up until I say something. Then once she sees the luggage she immediately denies that they can take it, shaking her head and saying no. I tried to explain that this is a special service DHL does with sendmybag and it’s not directly through DHL and she says no again (not really listening to me or looking at the papers at all) and says it needs to be in a box. After trying unsuccessfully to communicate she basically just continued to shake her head and not once did she attempt to call anyone else to confirm that they could indeed (or not) take the bag. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I will avoid using DHL in Mexico ever again. It has always been terrible here for some reason.
