★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que ir muy temprano y con suficiente tiempo disponible ya que cuando hay personas que realizan envíos internacionales,el trámite puede durar 40 min por persona. Así que ve con tiempo disponible para poder esperar para realizar tu envío. Buena atención del personal.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que por el covid19 no se aceptan más de una persona dentro del establecimiento, pero es absurdo estar afuera bajo el sol creo que les falta ser sensibles en este tema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la atención al cliente... De todos los dhl al que he ido es el peor en el servicio.. Te hacen esperar una hora desde que indicas que vas a realizar un envío y ni se diga del tiempo que esperas para recibir algo que te haya llegado..
Terrible customer service... Of all the DHL I've been to, it's the worst in terms of service... They make you wait an hour from when you indicate that you are going to make a shipment and not to mention the time you wait to receive something that has come to you..
