Pésimo servicio Terrible service I went on Saturday at 12:20 pm and they no longer wanted to attend to me, as it was already closed and the service hours are until 1 pm. Terrible service

They are super slow to attend, they only let one person enter, so the space is very limited and you have to wait in the sun and on the street.

At the post office I was told I should get a box at the shoe store across the street and that my stuff will probably get damaged and there's no option for insurance. The DHL store offers everything, proper boxes, packing material and the staff was very accommodating with my mediocre Spanish
M	Manu GV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walled in at 17.45, barely could say "Buenas .." that the girl behind the desk frantically said "No attention, no attention", I apologized and asked if she would just answer a question was met with a "no, no attention", not a look, not a sorry, not a goodbye. Terrible service, within the opening hours and a wide open door. Will not use your services anymore DHL I'll ship my purchases with someone else.

S	Susan Vorodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl attendant here is shockingly rude and unprofessional. I took an Amazon return, which is always straightforward, as they provide a prepaid label. The girl insisted that I needed more copies of the return documents and two copies of my ID. I’ve never been asked for that before, and I asked her if she would like to read the directions from Amazon. She just threw up her hands and cried “Dios mio” and asked me to leave. I told her I would go to another location and she said they would tell me the same. Well, I took the package to the DHL near parque Llano, and they were very friendly and professional. They had no problem with the documents and they did not ask for my ID. I was in and out of that location in less than 5 minutes.
