He ido tres veces a esa sucursal y siempre tienen una actitud hostil hacia el cliente, pero el día de hoy fue el colmo, pues llegando 1:57 a entregar el paquete, el empleado en turno me empujó la puerta cuando pretendía abrirla y pasó la llave. Y si el horario es hasta las 14:00hr. Según tengo entendido deben de dar el servicio hasta ese minuto y jamás cerrarle la puerta a un cliente cuando incluso se llegó todavía minutos antes de dicha hora.
Terrible service and customer care. I've been to that branch three times and they always have a hostile attitude towards the customer, but today was the last straw, because arriving at 1:57 to deliver the package, the employee on duty pushed the door when I tried to open it and passed the wrench. And if the schedule is until 2:00 p.m. As I understand it, they must provide the service until that minute and never close the door to a client when they even arrived minutes before that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente solo un pequeño detalle casi nunca tienen cambio, tambien uno como cliente debe llevar cambio de los comentarios que no resperan horarios es totalmente falso soy cliente frecuente de esta sucursal y ciudad universitaria y abren a las 9 en punto cierran a las 7 pm en punto y si cierran para comer es a las 2 en punto aqui el detalle es que como todo buen mexicano queremos llegar a las 2 y que nos atiendad creo que por respeto al personal de esta y todas las empresas deberiamos tener la cultura del respeto al tiempo de los demas gracias por su atencion Josue solo procure tener cambio
The service is excellent only one small detail they almost never have change, also one as a client must bring change from the comments that do not wait for hours, it is totally false I am a frequent client of this branch and university city and they open at 9 o'clock and close at 7 pm sharp and if they close for lunch it is at 2 o'clock here the detail is that like all good Mexicans we want to arrive at 2 o'clock and be served I think that out of respect for the staff of this and all companies we should have a culture of respect at the time of others thanks for your attention Josue just try to have change
