Cuando pude comunicarme a otro numero me dijeron que el paquete estaba en viaje hacia la dirección correspondiente y nunca llego, pidiendo así que lo dejaran en la sucursal de dhl de pochutla el cual podría retirar el miércoles. Viaje 40km el miércoles y el paquete no estaba, lo mismo hoy jueves y tampoco se encontraba ahí mi pedido. Por lo tanto tendré que seguir yendo a pochutla (40 km desde donde vivo) hasta que mi paquete se encuentre ahí ya que no me dieron ninguna solución y el paquete aun no llega. Nunca tengo una buena experiencia con los envíos por esta empresa ya que si no te encuentran nunca se comunican contigo siendo así poco profesionales.
