★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mi paquete iba bien embalado con doble bolsa negra y aun asi me indicó el señor que si no era dentro de una caja de cartón no me aceptaba el Envio, siempre entrego en bolsa y ellos le colocan cinta pero este señor muy mala su atención, la caja no te la venden ahí argumentando el tipo de guía y lo que era un proceso de 5 minutos lo convirtió en 40 en lo que fuimos a Fedex a comprar la caja...
Terrible service my package was well packed with a double black bag and even so the man told me that if it was not inside a cardboard box he would not accept the shipment, I always deliver in a bag and they put tape on it but this man very bad his attention , the box is not sold to you there arguing the type of guide and what was a 5 minute process made it 40 in which we went to Fedex to buy the box ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devolvieron mi paquete sin que pasaran los 5 días hábiles y me confirmaron ya están ahí, fui y no estaba. Y el personal que me atendió déspota y sin soluciones reales, solo un call center pésimo
They returned my package within 5 business days and they confirmed they are already there, I went and it was not there. And the staff that treated me despotic and without real solutions, just a lousy call center
