★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia. Se envió un paquete a Hong Kong, jamás salió de Michoacán. Los robaron. El empleado no asignó valor al paquete. DHL no reembolsa. Les propuse yo volver a pagar el producto y ellos asumir el flete que no gastaron. Se negaron. Lástima será por que estamos en México y no en Estados Unidos.??? El cliente es importante????.
Terrible experience. A package was sent to Hong Kong, it never left Michoacán. They stole them. The employee did not assign value to the package. DHL does not refund. I proposed to them to pay the product again and they assume the freight that they did not spend. They refused. Too bad it is because we are in Mexico and not in the United States. ??? The customer is important ????
