★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada es muy amable, cuentan con protocolos de seguridad para el covit19, tienen un termometro infrarojo, tapete sanitizante y gel antibacterial. Lo que no me gustó es que solo hay una empleada y si hay muchos clientes hay que hacer fila.
 The employee is very friendly, they have security protocols for covit19, they have an infrared thermometer, sanitizing mat and antibacterial gel. What I did not like is that there is only one employee and if there are many customers you have to queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuestionan al cliente cuando el paquete tiene guía prepagada por Mercado Libre, creo que deberían de preguntarles a ellos, el porque autorizan enviar todos los artículos qué están en sus páginas. Y al final te dicen que si pueden abrir el paquete, y vuelvo a lo mismo, el usuario ya cumplió con el convenio qué tiene con estas empresas gigantes en el ecommerce.
They question the customer when the package has a prepaid guide by Mercado Libre, I think they should ask them why they authorize to send all the articles that are on their pages. And in the end they tell you that if they can open the package, and I return to the same thing, the user has already fulfilled the agreement that he has with these giant companies in e-commerce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio mi paquete nunca hicieron lo posible por entregar a mi domicilio lo más fácil para ellos que uno lo recoja me mandan a recogerlo a satélite y resulta que está en la primera de mayo mejor el repartidor de mercado libre me entrego mi paquete ayer sin ningún problema en el mismo domicilio que no encontraron los de DHL o muy mensos o muy listos ustedes juzguen.
Very bad service, my package never did their best to deliver it to my home as easy as possible for them to pick it up they send me to pick it up by satellite and it turns out that it is on the first of May better the free market delivery man gave me my package yesterday without No problem in the same address that the DHL ones did not find or very stupid or very smart, you judge.
