Me encuentro en Venezuela, no tengo quien vaya por los paquetes y su respuesta es q yo debo pagar 2500 $por el re direccionamiento. yo! cuando la falla fue de su personal q me informo q si podía realizar el envió del cual les entregue un inventario de cada pieza con contenido químico de cada producto y ellos declaran en sus guías menos piezas, razón por la cual también me generan un problema una vez q el paquete es revisado en eeuu. No recomiendo en lo absoluto el personal de la sucursal por tan mala gestión y falta de información, además simplemente no ayudan en un problema q ellos generaron. Fatal.
