★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande un paquete de Estados Unidos a DHL Zacapu, el paquete llego a la localidad y el rastreo indicaba que estaba en Morelia, cuando le informaron al recibidor para que lo recogiera le dijeron que el costo de impuestos era de 950 pesos cuando yo ya había pagado $195 dolares. El fue por el paquete el local estaba cerrado aunque la señora le había dicho que estarían abiertos El servicio de este envió fue horrendo. Usare otro servicio para la próxima vez.
Send a package from the United States to DHL Zacapu, the package arrived at the town and the tracking indicated that it was in Morelia, when they informed the receiver to pick it up they told him that the tax cost was 950 pesos when I had already paid $ 195 dollars. Very good attention from the girl who attends, she is super cool and friendly, but they should hire more staff, the vast majority of the branches that I know always have more than one person attending, I think they would increase the agility and efficiency for serve the public.
