★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una llamada a las 1215pm pregunté todo para hacer envío a EU y dentro de las preguntas fue horario y me indicaron que cerraban a las 18hrs o 6pm y resukta que llegue. Un minuto antes de las 13hrs o 1pm y me dijeron que no podrían atenderme porque cierran a la 1p. El taxi me cobró $50 por llevarme hasta allá .. que mala información, mal servicio informativo porque no aparece esa pequeñez de sus horarios para poder tomar como cliente la decísion correcta.
I made a call at 1215pm I asked everything to send to the US and within the questions it was time and they told me that they closed at 6pm or 6pm and it was decided to arrive. One minute before 1pm or 1pm and they told me that they couldn't attend to me because they close at 1pm. The taxi charged me $ 50 to take me there ... what bad information, bad information service because that smallness of their schedules does not appear to be able to make the correct decision as a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La amabilida es muy buena de parte del personal pero deberian especificar en el portal que en plaza laguna vhsa no manejan paqueteria de ocurre. Al momento de rastrear el paquete manda esa dirección y resulta que no es asi donde se recogerá si no en otra.
The kindness is very good on the part of the staff but they should specify in the portal that in plaza laguna vhsa they do not handle parcels of happens. At the time of tracking the package, it sends that address and it turns out that it is not where it will be collected if not in another.
