I've been to this place several times and every time I've got an issue. Whether it's lack of communication between the drivers and this office or it's just the mood of the workers. I feel DHL slogan "Excellence. Simply Delivered" isn't meant here. Last time I came here to pickup a package I asked via telephone to be delivered here. The guy "checked" the system to track my delivery and after a few minutes he asked me to call again to the same number they always redirect you to, which would leave me in the same place I was before coming in. Some other time they would call the guy who deliver the stuff to know if he could drop it in the closest office he was that time, which was 10 mins walking from this office so I could pick it up the same day, but this time the man refused. I don't recommend doing your stuff in this office because of these kind of delays and inefficiency. I suggest visiting the office in Paseo de la Reforma 325 which in my opinion is faster.

Worst Service ever. Their customer service do not help. They are a sneaky company that will charge you more of what you have paid. Pls do not use this service (They charged me extra for sending my old dirty clothes).

I was very pleased with the excellent service. I sent a #8 box to the United States and it cost about $250 for up to 25 kilos. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, including transferring my stuff from a suitcase to a cardboard box. I highly recommend this place.
