Solo había una señorita, bastante mal educada, que me dijo que yo personalmente, tenía que llenar el cuestionario, con los datos y realizado a mano..uf!!
cuando realmente es trabajo de ellos llenarlo en la computadora..
Los jóvenes fueron amables y uno de ellos por fin tomo mi pedido!!
Más amabilidad señorita!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El establecimiento es bueno por las mañanas y a medió día, ya por la tarde hay más gente esto por temporada alta de envíos.
No hay control por parte del personal de dhl para organizar a los clientes, esto considerando que la mayoría de veces hay una sola persona en la sucursal y la persona que atiende se desespera y empieza a atender con una mala actitud, no lo culpo.
Como tip hay que llevar los paquetes abiertos para una revisión rápida por parte del personal de dhl
De ahí en fuera todo bién.
