★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una venta por MercadoLibre, y se me asigno la guía con esta paquetería. Lo decide MercadoLibre, uno no escoge. Llegue a esta sucursal y las señoras que ahí atienden no me lo quisieron recibir, que según esto debía solicitar una recolección. Quise explicarles que al vender por MercadoLibre uno no tiene esa opción, y mi dijeron que era problema de MercadoLibre, que ellos tenían sus políticas. Me recibieron el paquete sin problema en otra sucursal, en esta simplemente no me quisieron atender, no se si por que ya venia la guía y no es una venta para ellos o por que razón será. Ni siquiera se dignaron a escuchar bien la situación, fue simplemente NO.
Pésimo, pésimo servicio.
I made a sale through MercadoLibre, and I was assigned the guide with this package. MercadoLibre decides, you don't choose. I arrived at this branch and the ladies who attend there did not want to receive it, that according to this I had to request a collection. I wanted to explain to them that when selling through MercadoLibre you don't have that option, and they said it was MercadoLibre's problem, that they had their policies. I received the package without problem in another branch, in this they simply did not want to attend to me, I do not know if because the guide was already coming and it is not a sale for them or for what reason it will be. They did not even deign to listen well to the situation, it was simply NO.
Terrible, terrible service.
