★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tuve una mala experiencia al enviar una caja al extranjero detuvieron mi caja por mas de 20 días y la señorita que esta ahí en sucursal Andrea Monserrat me parece que se llama nunca tuvo la delicadeza de informarme los términos y condiciones y uno sin saber sólo hace uno lo que ella dice firme aquí y firme acá, jamás dijo que mi producto no pasaría creo yo los deberían de capacitar a todos para saber que productos si pasan y cuales recordarles que deberían de decirle a uno como cliente yo ya soy una persona mayor y no tiene el tacto para tratar a la gente muy poco profesional y cero comprometida a su trabajo esto de las redes social Desafortunadamente tiene tontos a todos por que ella solo estaba sentada pegada al celular en lo que yo armaba mi caja sin por lo menos decir la ayudo no se cuales sean sus actividades pero la chica anterior siempre me ayudaba igual por atención y humanismo Desafortunadamente me tocó a mi espero tomen nota y la capaciten mejor y/o la cambien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace más de tres años mando paquetes pero cambiaron a la chica y a hora es tan precaria la atención x parte de la chica que está lo que le interesa más es estar echando novio con su supervisor no brinda la atención necesaria x tener la mente ocupada puede ser su abuelo es déspota creida se merece la zona de Polanco x que no la cambian ya que los paquetes los agarra con asco y es lo que le da de comer
