★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que en día que no es feriado ni siquiera abran, es 31 de diciembre y todas las paquetería han abierto y dado servicio sin problema alguno, solo los holgazanes de DHL Iguala se dan el gran lujo de no dar servicio sin siquiera avisar y sin dejar al menos un número telefónico para saber hasta cuando volverán a dar servicio.
 It is not possible that on a day that is not a holiday they do not even open, it is December 31 and all the parcels have opened and given service without any problem, only the lazy DHL Iguala have the great luxury of not giving service without even warning and without leaving at least one phone number to know until when they will return to service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es rapido, la persona que te atiende es amable, pero dejan mucho que desear, no tienen cajas de carton ni bolsas o plastico de burbujas, para tu paquete cuando lo vayas a enviar, te dicen que no es su tarea y que no tienen, asi que tienes que buscar en algun lugar o llevar tu propia caja, y ni te ayudan a envolver el paquete , solo te ponen la etiqueta, osea que casi haces todo su trabajo, le doy 3 estrellas ya que su servicio de envio es muy rapido muy bueno, solo por eso doy 3 estrellas si no fuera 1 estrella
The service is fast, the person who attends you is friendly, but they leave a lot to be desired, they do not have cardboard boxes or bags or bubble wrap, for your package when you are going to send it, they tell you that it is not their task and that they do not they have, so you have to look somewhere or bring your own box, and they don't even help you wrap the package, they just put the label on it, so you almost do all their work, I give it 3 stars because their shipping service is very fast very good, just for that I give 3 stars if it wasn't 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y atención rápida. Buena ubicación y horarios convenientes. Telefonía de atención no funciona para comunicarse a una sucursal determinada asi que tienes que acudir forzosamente al lugar físico para saber detalles y festivos cierran muy temprano a las 2 pm.
