Excellent speed and prices. Terrible treatment by some of its workers. I know not everyone. But it takes away a lot of image of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre llegan mis paquetes pero las señoras que atienden son pésimas, pésimo servicio en especial una que siempre está en la computadora del lado izquierdo. Unas caras que tienen, ni siquiera saludan y hablan entre dientes y hasta parece que hacen un favor traen los paquetes y los dejan ahí y no son gente de decir “aquí están sus paquetes es todo”. Muy mal
My packages always arrive but the ladies who attend are terrible, terrible service especially one that is always on the computer on the left side. Some faces that they have, they don't even say hello and they talk through their teeth and it even seems that they are doing a favor, bringing the packages and leaving them there and they are not people to say "here are your packages is everything". Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta atención y orientación en esta sucursal la señorita que atiende la tuve que esperar a que terminará su chat de su celular y yo con prisa ya que ne esperaba un taxi, eh ido a otros envíos y todo perfecto, creo les falta capacitar o elegir bien a las personas que están al frente de un negocio.
There is a lack of attention and guidance in this branch, the lady who attends her, I had to wait for her chat on her cell phone to end and I in a hurry since I was waiting for a taxi, I have gone to other shipments and everything is perfect, I think they need to train or choose well to the people who are in charge of a business.
