★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues un pésimo servicio, abren en el caso de hoy 30 minutos después de la hora marcada, tienes aviso por el sistema de rastreo de que tu paquete está aquí y es falso aún no está lo dejan un día después debería tener un número la sucursal para verificar y no perder tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención muy buena en el mostrador, y muy pacientes. Pero tenian muchos problemas con los equipos, la terminal no servia, se batallaba en imprimir las cosas. Hizo el proceso muy lento.
Very good service at the counter, and very patient. But they had many problems with the equipment, the terminal did not work, they struggled to print things. Made the process very slow.

Tienen solo a una chica llamada Ruth que no está dispuesta a ayudarte en nada , con pésima actitud de servicio, deberían de considerar los de DHL que hay mejores personas allá afuera con ganas de trabajar y que estarían dispuestos a ganar menos de la mitad de lo que gana ella!. Luego no respeta los horarios de cierre y apertura!
The service is very slow. They only have a girl named Ruth who is not willing to help you in anything, with a terrible service attitude, those of DHL should consider that there are better people out there who want to work and who would be willing to earn less than half of what what does she win !. Then it does not respect the opening and closing times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgustado. Llegas y todo cerradoientras dice en linea que este abierto. Pero en la puerta dice que cierra de 1 a 2 de la harde. Increible que una empresa internacional todavia permite cerrar por la hora de comida.
Disgusted. You arrive and everything is closed while it says online that it is open. But on the door it says that it closes from 1 to 2 in the harde. Incredible that an international company still allows closing for lunch.

BEFORE THERE WAS A VERY KIND LADY, BUT NOW THEY BROUGHT THE SAME ONE WHO WAS ON AV LAS AMERICAS, WHICH NEVER HAS A FAIR, WILL RECEIVE YOU ASKING IF YOU BRING THE EXACT AMOUNT AND HOW AM I GOING TO BRING IT IF I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH THE SHIPPING IS GOING TO BE , NOW YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR ONE FURTHER BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN WANT TO SEE THAT GUY'S JET.
