★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 3 a 4 y 6 a 7 hay mucha gente y sólo había una persona para atender en las últimas 3 ocasiones que vine.
En general el servicio no es tan lento, pero sus procesos demasiado lentos, si antes de tu hay uno o dos que envíen documentos ya tienes para estar ahí 20 minutos en fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio no pueden comprar una extension para la terminal se quedan sin pila y no puedes pagar con tarjeta, cobra guías de difícil acceso , me ví obligado a venir por qué en Fedex fallo el sistema pero es malo
Bad service they can't buy an extension for the terminal they run out of battery and you can't pay with a card, they charge guides that are difficult to access, I was forced to come because the system failed at Fedex but it's bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis documentos enviados llegaron al día siguiente. Correctamente y como se acordó. Sin embargo, para enviarlo tuve que esperar mucho tiempo afuera del negocio. Porque adentro solamente funcionaba una computadora. A pesar de que tenían a más personal capacitado para hacer el trabajo. Qué desperdicio de recursos. Me pregunto por qué no invierten en un buen equipo de cómputo.
Todo el personal fue amable y se esforzaron en hacer lo que podían, a pesar de la carencia de equipo de cómputo. Aún así, lo clientes tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo a que nos recibieran los paquetes. Yo fui entre semana, casi en la mañana y no estaba concurrido. No me quiero imaginar cuánto tiempo hubiese tenido que esperar si se me ocurriera ir en un horario más popular.
My sent documents arrived the next day. Correctly and as agreed. However, to ship it I had to wait a long time outside of the business. Because only one computer worked inside. Even though they had more trained staff to do the job. What a waste of resources. I wonder why they don't invest in good computer equipment.
All the staff were friendly and tried their best, despite the lack of computer equipment. Still, customers had to wait too long for packages to be received. I went during the week, almost in the morning and it was not crowded. I don't want to imagine how long I would have had to wait if it occurred to me to go on a more popular schedule.

Unfortunately, the access and the parking for this plaza is quite poor.
