En esta sucursal la atención es muy buena, la última vez que fuí, no había luz y no pude entregar mi envío. Pero era algo que no estaba en sus manos, por ello mi calificación es de 5 estrellas.  DHL is one of the best parcels in Villahermosa, in the sense of speed. Because of that the cost is a little higher. At this branch the service is very good, the last time I went, there was no power and I could not deliver my shipment. But it was something that was not in their hands, so my rating is 5 stars. Good branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local es muy pequeño, mientras no llueva no hay problema, pero si está lloviendo te hacen esperar afuera debido a la pandemia y no hay lugar para taparte de la lluvia, el toldo que tienen ahí, lo tienen de adorno porque no lo usan.

Tiene estacionamiento sin cobro, así que eso lo hace más cómodo que otras sucursales.
