My package arrived late and in very bad condition, they were documents and apparently they got wet, today they were delivered to me already dry but in terrible condition and they didn't bother to tell me what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este centro de envíos ubicado dentro de una pequeña plaza comercial tiene sus pro y sus contras.
El simple hecho de tener que pagar estacionamiento para poder acceder si vas en auto es una contra grande, pero puede no ser tu caso.
Los costos, servicio y en general el personal es hasta cierto punto normal, (la chica que me atendió no tiene ni la más mínima noción de la palabra empatia, puedes sentir hostil su conversación).
Algo fatal es que si eres cliente DHL enviando una guía prepagada (Mercadolibre, Amazon) no tienes derecho si quiera a comprar material de embalaje, tienes que tener tu propio embalaje o de lo contrario no aceptan tu paquete.
Incluso los trabajadores te indican qué en el local de su competencia, Fedex, a unos locales de esa plaza, pueden ayudarte más en esos casos.
Muchas cosas podrían mejorar.
This shipping center located within a small shopping plaza has its pros and cons.
The simple fact of having to pay for parking to be able to access if you go by car is a big drawback, but it may not be your case.
The costs, service and in general the staff is to some extent normal, (the girl who attended me does not have the slightest notion of the word empathy, you can feel hostile in her conversation).
Something fatal is that if you are a DHL customer sending a prepaid guide (Mercadolibre, Amazon) you do not even have the right to buy packaging material, you have to have your own packaging or otherwise they will not accept your package.
Even the workers tell you what in the local of their competition, Fedex, to some places in that square, they can help you more in those cases.
Many things could improve.
