Te ayudan a empaquetar tu envío, (considerar hacerlo tú, siguiendo las instrucciones publicadas en su página web) así también te ayudan a realizar el etiquetado (con costo adicional). Los precios de envío también los puedes consultar en su página web. Lo malo, es que su servicio de recolección de paquete tramitado vía telefónica, no es puntual, incluso puede tardar días.
You can ship to the entire country and abroad. They help you package your shipment, (consider doing it yourself, following the instructions published on their website) as well as help you to carry out the labeling (with additional cost). You can also check shipping prices on their website. The bad thing is that their package collection service processed by phone is not punctual, it can even take days.
