★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa de mensajería que hay, siempre tengo que recoger mis paquetes en una de sus sucursales porque sus mensajeros no entregan y siempre dicen que no estoy en el domicilio, cuando no es así, ni siquiera se toman la molestia de marcar al celular que viene en el paquete. Una molestia se verdad.
The worst courier company there is, I always have to pick up my packages at one of their branches because their couriers do not deliver and they always say that I am not at home, when I am not, they do not even bother to dial the cell phone that comes in the package. A real nuisance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los horarios de atención, son super raros, he llegado antes del cierre y ya tiene cerrado de que ya no recibe clientes, o llegas temprano y está cerrado. Son imprevisibles.
The opening hours are super rare, I have arrived before closing time and it is already closed because it no longer receives clients, or you arrive early and it is closed. They are unpredictable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Publican que abren de corrido hasta las 7pm y en base a eso programo mis actividades PERO resulta que al llegar el horario es otro y me van a hacer quedarme 15 minutos esperando... PÉSIMA planeación y por ende PÉSIMO lo que pienso de su compañía y servicio
They publish that they open continuously until 7pm and based on that I schedule my activities BUT it turns out that when the schedule arrives it is different and they are going to make me stay 15 minutes waiting ... lousy planning and therefore lousy what I think of their company and service
