★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque DHL puede ser un poco más costoso que otras paqueterías la verdad es que la diferencia de precios no es mucha y por la calidad, eficacia y rapidez de su servicio vale totalmente la pena y el proceso de envío es muy rápido y su personal es muy amable, sin duda es una paquetería excelente nunca he tenido problemas en que me pierdan algún paquete y los plazos de entregas siempre son muy rápidos.
Although DHL may be a little more expensive than other parcels, the truth is that the price difference is not much and due to the quality, efficiency and speed of its service it is totally worth it and the shipping process is very fast and its staff is very friendly, without a doubt it is an excellent parcel I have never had problems in which I lose a package and the delivery times are always very fast.

Cuando fuí habia una única empleada y estaba hablando en el celular con su comadre, tuve que esperar a que la señorita terminara de echar chisme para que me pudiera atender y cuando lo hizo, lo hizo de mala gana. No me dijo ni el costo de la caja, ni se paró a ver que era lo que iba yo a enviar, hasta dijo que no tenia cinta! Una barbaridad. Me retiré y fuí a la sucursal que está en plaza patio y la atención fué completamente distinta. En serio no sr para que ocupan un puesto de trabajo si no van a trabajar habiendo tanta gente que lo necesita y con gusto hace su chamba.
Horrible attention. When I went there was only one employee and she was talking on the cell phone with her comadre, I had to wait for the lady to finish gossiping so that she could attend to me and when she did, she did it reluctantly. He did not even tell me the cost of the box, nor did he stop to see what I was going to send, he even said I had no tape! An atrocity. I left and went to the branch that is in plaza patio and the service was completely different. Seriously, I am not supposed to occupy a job if they are not going to work with so many people who need it and are happy to do their job.
