★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with this depot was so horrible I would need an entire blog to write about it. So bad it’s almost funny. My friend had to ship a piece of furniture and after scheduling and rescheduling a pickup 3 times (with about 20 phone calls to confirm and reconfirm), she finally had to haul the piece to the depot herself with her brand new baby in tow. Once there, NONE of the women working at the counter would lift a finger to help her. I’m absolutely disgusted at the lack of accountability and customer service. You are better off strapping your package to the back of a donkey and giving it a whack on the rump than using this depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice, both times to return items to Amazon. The place is clean, well organized, and staffed by very knowledgable and helpful people. There is usually a small lineup, but the air conditioning is going full blast so it's a relief from the heat. I had an issue with one of the returns, as it contained two items in one box, but two different return slips. Leticia handled this (understanding my English) very efficiently, and everything went very smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought several home decor items in San Pancho and needed to shop them home. About 50lbs of textiles and such. This place boxes them all up in large boxes, spoke perfect English, provided everything I needed and they did it very fast. They take credit card. The price was about $250 US, which was about what I expected and worth it not to haul to you the island we were staying in.
The ladies here are AMAZING!!!!! They are exceptional at what they do. Ship from here. You won’t be sorry. Vanessa was going he kindest and most helpful. Easy and done in ten minutes!!
