★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, solamente 1 empleada en mostrador, tarde 30 min. Para que me atendiera, solo había 2 personas antes que yo, necesita tener más personal, los envios eccelentes pero la atención en recepción muy tardada.
 Bad attention, only 1 employee at the counter, takes 30 min. In order for me to attend, there were only 2 people before me, I need to have more staff, excellent shipping but attention at the reception very late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las notificaciones me avisan que ya están mi paquete listo para retirarlo y me indica los días y los horarios en que puedo recoger mi paquete. Y voy a la sucursal DHL en Apatzingán y esta cerrado. Favor de publicar los días que no se va a abrir la sucursal. Gracias.
The notifications notify me that my package is ready to be picked up and indicate the days and times when I can pick up my package. And I go to the DHL branch in Apatzingán and it's closed. Please publish the days the branch will not open. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad siempre es un problema porque los envíos no llegan a tiempo y después del reporte todavía son entre 3 y 2 días aparté de la espera, y lo peor es que te notifican que si fueron a tu hogar y no encontraron a nadie y solo es con está paquetería.
