Una lástima llegar a eso para tener un servicio decente. The two guys there are, they always serve you with a mug, you can tell they hate their job, they talk to you badly and since you talk to them the same in a loud and arrogant tone, they already lower you and they treat you more or less decently. A pity to come to that to have a decent service.

They detained my package and gave zero details on it's status (do they have the package, did they lose it, was it stolen, why aren't you returning it to the shipper if it's undeliverable) absolutely zero information-the run around is for them to tell you there policies without actually giving you any forms or real factual information so you can begin the release process. They are misleading, possibly thieves and SO simply save yourself some money and stress. DO NOT USE DHLRATAS MEXICO CITY.

Unfortunately Gustavo who is one of the officedesk associates has the worst customer attitude, managing the package as it was hot as hell, zero cares and so on. In less than a mile their are plenty other service points so encourage your team towards your mission and goal.

We'll be using one of the many other shipping stores within 2 blocks in future, even when shipping DHL. No reason to give this location our business if this is how they consistently treat customers.

Both calls I done English and Spanish and my transfer to get a price quote never went through. The customer service was good. At the moment they only allow one person per delivery. We were a party of five and there was no one inside. In all we shipped a spear and other glass souvenirs to the United States.
