A	Alfonso Velasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What follows is not a complaint per se. It's an advice or a cautionary tale. I went to DHL express las aguilas to return a defective merchandise to AMAZON USA. The clerk proceeded to charge me for the shipment -by the way,much pricier than the item shipped- Then, completely disregarding the specific AMAZON instructions for labeling the box with Amazon's labels, wanted to place my items in another proprietary DHL BOX and refusing to re-attach Amazon's labels to the new box. Needless to say, I let the clerk know about this and then, he refused to send my package. Rudely. AMAZON has very specific instruction on how to return merchandise and I didn't want further problems so, I went to another courier where I could send the box as instructed by Amazon. Waste of time and all because of an ignorant clerk. Hope this clerk's attitude is not DHL's policy.
