Lo peor es que empezó a atender a las demás personas que estaban después de mi. Yo tuve que buscar el teléfono de atención a clientes para solucionar mi situación. Estuve más de 1 hra formada para que me atendieran y finalmente tener como respuesta lo que ya comenté.
