★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de la empresa, he pagado impuestos de importación en mi envío internacional, y el mensajero asegura que el pago esta pendiente, y así ya 4 días paseando mi equipo de herramienta muy delicada, que encima hasta azotan ? y el error es directamente de ellos.. el personal muy atento, pero incapaz de resolver problemas así.
 Very bad service from the company, I have paid import taxes on my international shipment, and the courier ensures that the payment is pending, and thus, for 4 days walking my very delicate tool equipment, which on top of that they even hit ? and the error is directly of them .. very attentive staff, but unable to solve problems like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El envío llegó super rápido (al día siguiente hasta Torreón) pero el costo me pareció excesivo. Tuve que hacerlo porque al momento era mi única opción. Tal vez me cobraron servicio express pero en tal caso peor aún porque no me dieron a elegir.
The shipment arrived super fast (the next day to Torreón) but the cost seemed excessive to me. I had to do it because at the moment it was my only option. Maybe they charged me for express service but in that case it was even worse because they didn't give me a choice.
