★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, la persona que está a cargo atiende de mala manera. Me tocó ver a un señor de la tercera edad al cual no le quiso prestar mucha ayuda, me parece que el trato que se da no empata con los valores ni cultura de DHL
 Terrible customer service, the person in charge serves in a bad way. I had to see an elderly man to whom he did not want to give much help, it seems to me that the treatment given does not match the values or culture of DHL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre dista mucho su calidad en el servicio a lo que alardean en publicidad, los precios son excesivos y aunque pagues envío express lo entregan como envío regular, cuando reclamas siempre dicen lo mismo...el mensajero llego y ya no habia quien lo recibiera habiendo vigilancia y recepcion las 24 hrs, fui la semana pasada y aun no me envian mi factura...PESIMO SERVICIO
As always, their quality of service is far from what they boast in advertising, the prices are excessive and even if you pay express shipping they deliver it as regular shipping, when you complain they always say the same ... the courier arrived and there was no one who received it. having 24 hour surveillance and reception, I went last week and they still haven't sent me my bill ... HEAVY SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spoke to this DHL on the phone as I had a query. I've spoken to DHL 5 times now and still can't seem to get any further with my problem. The man that I spoke to hung up the phone on me and the conversation went something like "Hi what information does x document need to contain so I can send my package?" "It needs the information we need." "Ok what is that information" "Just the information". I've never met such an unhelpful customer service person. I will not be dealing with DHL anymore.
