★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to return an Amazon package and it was my first time doing it in Mexico City. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful as I had to reopen the package and stuff the return slip in there & tape one to the outside of the package as it was an international return (had to go back to the U.S.). The guy lent me some scissors and tape and I was able to hunch over in a little corner and take care of it.
Big downside here is if you have to do anything like the above, there’s ZERO space in this place…it’s basically like a kiosk. I feel bad for the employee behind the desk there’s almost no room to move around…anyway, they were quick, efficient & took care of what I needed.
