Siempre voy a su sucursal matriz que está enfrente de Aeropuerto AICM donde te atienden excelente...
Pero esta vez se me ocurrió pasar acá y la empleada tiene el peor carácter y terrible actitud de servicio que he visto, es la típica empleada que está de mal humor, te hace muecas, ruidos con la boca (mostrando fastidio por atender) y casi te grita por no tener el CP exacto de la sucursal/ciudad a donde vas enviar tu paquete ?... sin NINGUNA AYUDA de su parte ??♂️?
De verdad si les urge hacer un envío y pasan por esta sucursal vayan preparados porque si les toca esta chica NO le va ayudar en nada.
Mejor busquen la competencia: FEDEX, UPS, u otra.

1. Para dhl en general. Considero absurdo que no te puedan vender cajas o empaques para el envío de tus productos, además de que cuando tú llevas los tuyos no siempre te los aceptan porque no cumplen con sus requisitos. Sería pertinente que tengan la posibilidad de venderlos, sobre todo quienes tenemos paquetes de devolución.
2. La mujer que estaba ahí, cuando le pregunté sobre las cajas,e respondió que no me la podía vender. A lo cual le pregunté cuál era la razón y me dejó parada hablando y se fue con el celular.
Pésima actitud en esta sucursal.

1. For dhl in general. I consider it absurd that they cannot sell you boxes or packages to send your products, in addition to the fact that when you bring yours they do not always accept them because they do not meet their requirements. It would be pertinent that they have the possibility of selling them, especially those of us who have return packages.
