★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas que atienden están más enfocadas en conversar entre ellas que en atender a los clientes. Les da igual que la fila crezca y que los clientes de expongan a estar cerca. Tienen demasiado que platicar y ponerse al día como para que las distraigan los clientes con sus cajas aburridas.
 The girls who attend are more focused on talking with each other than on serving customers. They do not care that the line grows and that customers expose themselves to be close. They have too much to talk and catch up to be distracted by customers with their boring boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio ,le dijeron amis papás un precio y cuando hiban a mandarlo le dieron otro más alto ,además le dijeron que podía mandar unas cosas y cuando ya las llevo ya no se las resibieron ,muy mal servicio .
Bad service, they told my parents a price and when they went to send it they gave him a higher one, they also told him that he could send some things and when I took them they no longer received them, very bad service.

I've only been to this branch once, but the service was good, the girl who helped me was very kind and helped me answer some questions. The package arrived in good time. I hope it is always like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to DHL, to send a document, March 12th, 2021. The 2 girls were attentive and professional. The only thing, she told me the earliest I can have it delivered, was March 16th. That was perfect, because it is my birthday and as soon as it arrives, I would be sent money, via Western Union. I tracked the package and it arrived to the city, the 16th and instead of delivering it, they passed it off to the U.S.P.S. to deliver. It STILL hadn't been delivered and today is the 22nd of March. This is UNPROFESSIONAL and very wrong! I would have gone to UPS, if I had known what DHL was going to do with my package.
Very disappointed and angry with DHL. Save yourself the troubles and go somewhere else. DHL cannot be trusted to complete the simple task you pay them to do.
