★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, envié un paquete desde hace una semana, consulte con el numero de guía y aparece como entregado cuando no lo ha recibido el destinatario, les hable varias veces por teléfono y me dan largas en cuanto a la entrega, me dicen que esta en bodega, que se entrego cuando no ha sido así y a la fecha no me han resuelto si se perdió, esta en bodega o se entrego por error a otro destinatario. Nada recomendable no dan solución y lo peor dan varias versiones y ni por equivocación te mencionan que te reembolsaran lo del envío y el paquete enviado.

Nothing recommended, they do not give a solution and the worst they give several versions and not by mistake do they mention that they will reimburse you for the shipping and the package sent.
