★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very poor experience with the female who works at DHL with the pencilled in eyebrows. Sloppy with information and quite rude. The gentleman who works there is a pleasure to deal with, avoid this woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They failed to deliver an express cold package the next day. Client left country. I Lost money. They wanted to charge me to send package back to me after package was ruined. Their insurance is a scam. Their customer service was like talking to 3rd grade robots who can not deviate from script and can not think for themselves.
Everything is great until their is a problem and then... be prepared to spend all day on phone and not be reimbursed in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could indicate No Stars, I would do it. I ordered some coffee capsules from Nespresso. Afterwards I received an email that my package was coming and to stay home all day. The day passed and at the end of the day I received another email indicating that there was an error in my address. I corrected it and received another email to wait at home again. Then no delivery, no news, no emails, nothing. I contacted them two days later and told them that I would pick it up at their service centre. Then they told me it would take 24-48 hours to get my package from Puerto Vallarta to Nuevo Vallarta ( a few kilometres ) and it might be there next Monday or Tuesday.
Worst service ever. If you have a choice of carriers, think twice about DHL.
