★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó el servicio en esta ocasión fue ágil Aunque la vez anterior me hicieron esperar al rayo de sol afuera aún y cuando no tenían ya a ninguna persona en el mostrador pero la última vez ya mejoró el servicio
I liked the service this time it was agile Although the previous time they made me wait for the sunbeam outside even though they no longer had anyone at the counter but the last time the service improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es algo personal, detalles como el formulario detallado con todos del INE, realmente no es un conflicto llenarlos en la tabla, sin embargo si son varios paquetes, se tienen que llenar los datos por cada paquete mismo.
The service is something personal, details such as the detailed form with all of the INE, it really is not a conflict to fill them in the table, however if there are several packages, the data must be filled in for each package itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hay 1 mostrador, si llega alguien sin saber qué quiere mandar o cómo, se hace una mega fila ya que solo hay 1 persona atendiendo. Si hubiera 2 sería mucho más ágil.
There is only 1 counter, if someone arrives without knowing what they want to send or how, a mega queue is made since there is only 1 person attending. If there were 2 it would be much more agile.
