★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que es el servicio de entrega y atención al cliente por telefono es mas que excelente lo único malo es cuándo vas a la sucursal de politécnico nacional las que trabajan hay dan pésimo servicio hasta parece que les vas a pedir regalado DHL debe mejorar eso ya que afecta la calidad de su servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a mi en lo personal no me agrado ya que mande un sobre a usa me dice la del mostrador que de 2 a 3 días llega al destinatario y se tardaron más de 8 días argumentando que se entrega hasta que tengan más de 20 sobres para que así poder llevar el servicio al destino x eso a mi no me gusto buscaré otra opción
