El problema es que aseguran al proveedor que el envío llegará a tiempo cuando ésto no es posible por las rutas que maneja DHL. Esperamos que en el futuro mejoren los periodos de espera y/o las rutas, y sean honestos sobre la rapidez servicio ya que sus demoras nos causan inconvenientes. Terrible service.
