★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según abren los domingos, está actualizada su información y está mal!! Solo abren de Lunes a Viernes de 9 am a y pm y Sábados de 9 am a 1 pm!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal que cuenta con la ventaja de estar dentro de la plaza Soriana Consulado. El estacionamiento es grande y gratuito. Desventajas: No ofrece atención en domingos ni días festivos. Sábados atienden sólo hasta la 1pm. La sucursal cuenta con solo un trabajador atendiendo y sólo puede pasar una persona por turno, y las demás personas deben esperar afuera de la sucursal (no hay sillas ni sala de espera), lo que hace lenta la atención cuando hay varias personas esperando. Dando las 6 pm, el trabajador de sucursal ya no atiende a nadie aunque lleve mucho tiempo esperando, argumentando que se cierra el sistema y ya no le permite hacer ninguna gestión. Por lo que hay que llegar con suficiente tiempo. Por lo regular hay poca gente solicitando algún servicio. Aun así, recomiendo el lugar.

At 6 pm, the branch worker no longer attends to anyone even though he has been waiting for a long time, arguing that the system is closed and no longer allows him to do any management. So you have to arrive with enough time. Usually there are few people requesting any service. Still, I recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van dos veces que llego y tengo que esperar 30 minutos y me voy sin entregar mi paquete, de verdad que tienen pésima actitud de servicio y muy mala organización... y llegan los mismos conductores de DHL y ellos salen más rápido que uno porque les dan prioridad a ellos en lugar de a los clientes.
